We provide flexible and competitive pricing depending on the client’s needs. We can provide regular staffing solutions at a fee to minimise the impact on their budget.

We believe that clear and open communication with our clients is important to support them in running their services smoothly. Therefore, we provide 30 minutes guarantee to get back to our clients when they contact us with an enquiry to provide an update.

Compliance process

We ensure that all our staff are thoroughly checked and compliant with the CQC regulations and employment laws.

Our recruitment checks include the following:

  • Comprehensive application form, including 10 years of employment history (with any gaps explained)
  • Face-to-face interviews which include competency scenario questions.
  • Obtain two professional references, including present and past employers.
  • Evidence of right to work in the UK.
  • DBS certificate-enhance checks are carried out on all the staff we employ.
  • Obtain updated training certificate, professional qualifications, and proof of registration where applicable.
  • Obtain proof of immunisation where applicable.

We understand the importance of staff training, recruitment checks and compliance to ensure residents’ safety and well-being.  Therefore, we ensure that our staff are up-to-date and fully compliant before starting their assignment.

Our Mandatory training includes and is updated annually:

  • Certification of practical basic/immediate/Advance life support training
  • Certificate of practical manual handling training
  • Management of residents with behaviours that challenged.
